Do you clean the tall entry and great room windows common in The Glen?
Yes. Two story entry glass, transoms and window walls are routine for us. We use water fed poles from the exterior and ladders or poles on the interior, and rope access where a wall cannot be reached any other way.
What are the white spots on my lower windows?
Usually mineral deposits from irrigation spray. Sprinkler water in this area carries enough dissolved minerals that repeated hits leave a haze, and if it sits long enough it etches into the glass permanently. We can remove it while it is still surface deposit, and adjusting the heads away from the house prevents it coming back.
How often should Glenview gutters be cleaned?
In Swainwood, Sunset Village and the older tree heavy streets, twice a year. In The Glen and other newer sections with younger trees, once a year in late fall is often enough.
