Our Service Areas

Pane Pal is headquartered in Palatine, so this is not a service area we drive out to. It is the town our trucks start and end the day in. That means shorter lead times, easier scheduling for same-week gutter and window work, and the ability to come back quickly if something needs a second look.

Arlington Heights is directly east of our Palatine shop, which makes it one of the shortest drives on our board and one of the easiest places for us to fit in a quick gutter check or a second visit.

Schaumburg is the most commercial territory we cover. The office parks and corporate campuses along Meacham, Golf and Higgins Roads, the retail around Woodfield, and the storefronts near Town Square all mean glass, and glass on a schedule. We run weekly, monthly and quarterly commercial window cleaning routes here, including interior and exterior work on multi story buildings using rope access.

Glenview splits neatly into two kinds of exterior cleaning work, and they need different approaches.

Northbrook has one of the heaviest tree canopies of any village we work in, and that single fact drives most of what we do in 60062.

Evanston is a city, not a suburb, and the exterior cleaning problems here are city problems. Buildings sit close together, side yards are gangways rather than lawns, and a lot of the housing stock is brick two flats, greystones and courtyard buildings from the 1900s through the 1930s.

Glencoe is one of the most heavily wooded villages on the North Shore, and a good share of its lots run down into ravines. Both facts make gutter work here more involved than it looks from the street.

Wilmette's older east side is brick Georgians, colonials and Tudors on tight, tree lined lots, and it is one of the few places we still routinely handle true storm windows and original divided light sashes.

Winnetka combines the two hardest things about North Shore exterior work: large historic homes and difficult ground.

Barrington work looks different from anywhere else we go, and it is mostly about scale and surfaces.

Highland Park is ravine country. The bluffs and ravines that run through the east side of town give the village its character and give us the two access problems we plan around on nearly every job here.

Lake Forest is estate work, and estate work rewards planning over speed.

Bannockburn is one of the smallest villages on our board and one of the most spread out. Under two square miles, around sixteen hundred residents, and residential zoning built around large wooded lots instead of subdivisions. A house here usually sits well back from the road behind mature trees, and that shapes both how we price a job and how long it takes.

Riverwoods is the most literally named village we work in. Acre minimum lots, no sidewalks, almost no streetlights, and a canopy dense enough that plenty of houses are invisible from the road in July. Nearly everything about exterior cleaning here follows from that.

Naperville is our furthest regular territory and our most subdivision driven one. Ashbury, White Eagle, Tall Grass and the other 1990s and 2000s developments in 60564 and 60565 are large homes on maintained lots with irrigation systems running all summer, and that combination produces the single most common complaint we get from Naperville callers: hard water spotting on the windows.
