5. Scheduling and Appointments
We aim to arrive within the scheduled time window. However, arrival times are estimates and can be affected by weather, traffic, or the duration of prior jobs. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
6. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, which will be detailed on your invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the work areas. This includes removing fragile items, moving vehicles if necessary, and securing pets. Please ensure all windows and doors are fully closed prior to exterior washing services.

While we take the utmost care while servicing your property, Pane Pal shall not be liable for pre-existing damage, loose siding, poorly sealed windows, or fragile items left in the work area. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the services provided.
