Do you work on slate and tile roofs?
Yes, and only with methods appropriate to them. Slate and tile are walked selectively or not at all, and cleaning is done by low pressure soft wash. We never pressure wash slate, tile or cedar.
Will cleaning damage my copper gutters?
Not the way we do it. Copper reacts badly to the wrong chemicals, so we clean and flush copper systems without harsh solutions and rinse thoroughly. Where a system is overflowing and staining stone below, we trace the blockage through the downspout and any underground drain rather than just clearing the trough.
How do you price a large Lake Forest property?
